You are someone who has some experience with building games independently in Unity (Folks having worked on other game engines are also welcome to apply).

As a Game developer at Scythe Digital, you will be responsible for all aspects of building a game such as:

1. Story Writing

2. Character design

3. VFX

4. Lighting

5. Game mechanics

6. Play Testing

... you get the idea.

Since we are a small team, we would prefer if the Game Developer can also contribute to making bigger decisions on hiring and leading other members that join our organization. You should also be willing to mentor others and be actively involved in knowledge sharing. You will also need to perform code and design reviews for peers.

You will also need to have your own device to work with.

Salary

As of now, there is no salary (Not at least until we get some funding) for this opportunity. We are looking for entrepreneur volunteers with a passion for building games to build a strong team and an amazing product. We can discuss this further in our interview.
